What we ask, and how to reach us

Applications are not open. There is no form on this page and nothing to submit — only every question the application will ask, and one address you can write to.

What follows is the entire application, published early, so you can decide whether you want to make one before you have given anyone anything.

Applications are not open yet

This page explains a pilot application. It does not accept one. Nothing you type anywhere on this site is submitted, stored or transmitted, because there is nothing here to type into.

When applications do open, this page changes and says so plainly. Until then, read it as a description rather than an invitation.

Every question the application will ask

The full list, in order, with what each question is for. Nothing is held back for a later step and nothing is asked twice under a different name.

What is never asked for

Not at application, not during a pilot, not afterwards. If anything ever appears to ask you for one of these on our behalf, it is not us.

  • Passwords, keys, tokens or any other credential.
  • Anything about your own customers, including a list of them.
  • Order records, payment details or financial statements.
  • Access to any system you run, under any arrangement.
  • A second, personal contact channel outside the one you chose to give.

How answers would be handled

A person reads them. Nothing here produces an automatic decision about you, and there is no score.

You would be able to ask us to delete an application, and we would confirm the request came from you before acting on it.

Until applications open

There is one way to reach us and it is the business address below. It is a mailbox, not an application: writing to it enters you into nothing, and this site records nothing when you use it.

How quickly an answer comes is not something we will state, because we would be inventing it. If you already know someone at WaveWise, the route you already have works too.

Applying for a pilot

Applications are not open yet, so there is nothing to submit on this page and no form to fill in.

These are the questions a pilot application asks. They are published before the application opens so you can see the whole thing without giving us anything.

Two of them are optional and marked as such. An application without them is complete, and we say plainly what leaving them blank costs you.

  • We never ask for a password, an API key, an access token or any other credential.
  • We never ask for personal information about your own customers, and never for a customer list.
  • We never ask for order records, payment details or financial statements.
  • We never ask for access to any system you run.
  • We never ask for an unreleased roadmap or confidential operating data.
  • Answers are read by a person. Nothing here produces an automatic decision about you, and there is no score.
  • Field values are never written to a log.
  • You can ask us to delete your application, and we will confirm it came from you before we act on it.
  1. Company or brand

Which company or brand is applying?

The name people already know you by is enough. We do not need a registration number or any legal entity detail.

Just the public name — no registration, tax or legal identifiers.

  2. Your role

What do you do on the team?

A job function is enough — founder, operations lead, marketing. It tells us who we would be working with.

A function, not a full name, an employee number or a personal contact.

  3. Work email (optional)

Is there a work email we may use to reply about this application?

Optional. We use it only to reply about this pilot, to agree a time to talk, and to check that a later deletion request really comes from you. Without it we cannot reply to you and cannot verify a deletion request.

One work address that belongs to you. Never a mailing list, never a colleague, and never one of your customers.

  4. Product page

Which product matters most to you, and where can anyone read about it?

A link that opens without logging in. One product, not a catalogue — the pilot works on a single product.

A page that is already public. Not a preview link, not a staging address, not an admin page.

  5. Who you sell to

Who do you mainly sell to?

One sentence about the audience or market, in general terms.

Describe the audience, not named customers or accounts.

  6. The buying question

What is the one thing a customer most wants settled before they buy?

Only the single most important one, in your customers’ own words if you have them. This is the question the pilot works on.

A question you hear, not a transcript or quote that would identify a specific customer.

  7. Where you sell or publish

Where do you mainly sell or publish?

Choose as many as apply. If none of them fit, describe it in your own words.

Name the kind of channel. Never account logins or admin links.

  8. One change you control

Name one small change you could make yourself and undo just as easily.

Something you can put back the way it was, without anyone else’s approval. This is the shape a pilot change takes.

Describe the change. Never offer us access to a system, and never share credentials.

  9. A decision-maker

Is there one person who can decide this on the business side?

Yes, no, or not sure. We only need to know whether such a person exists — never who they are.

Do not give us their name, title or contact details.

  10. Willing to run one change

Would you actually make one controlled change and leave it in place?

Long enough to read a result. A pilot with nothing shipped has nothing to report.

Yes, no, or not sure. Not sure is a real answer here.

  11. Sharing what you saw

Could you share back a limited result or some user feedback?

Summary level is enough. It is what lets us tell you whether the change explains anything.

We never want raw customer data — a summary in your own words is the point.

  12. Preferred time to talk (optional)

Roughly when is it easiest to reach you?

Optional, and only useful if you left a work email above. A rough window, not an appointment.

A window only. Not a specific date, a time, or a calendar link.

Where to write

One business address, published in full. Nothing sits behind it: no form, no tracker, no second route to hunt for, and nothing on this page that watches whether you use it.

Tell us what you sell and what decision you are trying to understand. You do not need to answer the questions above first — they are what an application will ask, not what a first message has to carry.

What this page does not do

  • It does not collect, store or transmit anything. There is no form control on it, hidden or otherwise, and no endpoint behind it.
  • It does not promise a reply, a schedule, or that any particular application will be accepted.
  • Reading it is not applying, and nothing on it starts a process.
